Nathaniel Francis, CFE

Nathaniel Francis, CFE has been with CGI since 2010. Nathaniel has managed hundreds of cases involving various types of litigation support matters: asset tracing and recovery, brand protection investigations and due diligence projects to name a few. He is heavily involved in our receivership projects and responsible for helping guide CSI and its team of professionals in efforts to return value to investors on distressed asset and debt investments both in the United States and abroad.

Nathaniel also manages many of our brand protection matters for global luxury goods manufacturers and high-end brands.

Nathaniel came to CGI after several years in finance in the hedge fund services unit of JP Morgan Chase where he gained insight into the hedge fund and trading worlds. Prior to his time at JP Morgan, he worked as an equities trader.

Nathaniel graduated from Penn State University and is a Certified Fraud Examiner.

He is a member of the Association for Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), the New York Chapter of the Association for Certified Fraud Examiners (NYCFE) and a volunteer at Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York.
